Design
Our engineers have all the necessary tools to turn your concept into an efficient product. We will prepare the drawings, test the prototype and take all other necessary steps to ensure successful serial production.
Production of Tools and Special equipment
We have been designing and manufacturing various tools and special equipment for 50 years. We work in the fields of automotive, electronics, household and industrial cleaning. We can also offer some non-standard solutions.
Aluminium and Zinc Die-Casting
We have 60 years of experience in this field. One of our advantages is that we manage the entire production cycle ourselves: from die-casting to finished, chemically treated and powder coated parts.
Plastic Moulding
A variety of raw materials, an unlimited range of colours and more than 40 years of experience. We are constantly working with a thousand moulds and more than 70 machines ranging from 35 to 1600 tones of clamping power.
Machining
All the necessary technologies under one roof. We can process different parts and surfaces. From CNC milling machines to welding robots. We are capable of large-batch production.
Surface Coating
We apply various technologies, and we can choose the specific surface texture and colour for the final product based on your individual order. We are not limited to quantities or the form of the product.
Assembly of Products
We will prepare automated assembly lines and organise the entire process. We have the necessary infrastructure, knowledge and practise to assemble products of different configurations. We provide quality control at every stage.
Quality Control
We pay great attention to the qualification of our employees and the control of production processes. Full production control ensures that the final product is of the highest quality. We have been awarded ISO 9001 certification and we are RoHS and REACH compliant.
Supply Chain
We manage all stages of supply, from inquiry to delivery. We work with more than 1000 different raw material suppliers all over the world to bring you an exclusive product of premium quality.
